There is also an observed lack of well-being and positive feelings towards work, with negative impacts on different aspects of people's lives.

Experience 

​

After working as an executive for multinational technology companies for over 15 years in Brazil and abroad, I decided to leverage my corporate experience to help companies create healthier and more productive work environments.

​

From there, I specialized in areas such as positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and the neuroscience of behavior and performance.

​

Today I work with companies conducting workshops and mentoring professionals on topics related to stress management, well-being, developing more effective leadership, and team engagement.
