Concious Leadership Development
The Leadership Challange
Leadership is more than just having the status of a position or even the reward of an expected promotion; it consists, above all, of a responsibility that brings with it various challenges.
Challenges inherent to the business relate to delivering results, but especially the not always easy task of dealing with the human factor in teams of individuals who are different from each other, including the leader. Part of the task of leading also includes motivating these individuals towards a common goal, and the noble mission of developing them.
Contrary to what many may think, a leader's work begins with their level of self-awareness, before dealing with the team; a process of understanding who the leader wants to be and where they want to go, so that they can then influence and motivate others with more energy and effectiveness.
How do I support you?
Considering these inherent challenges of leadership, we explored different tools to help leaders be more effective in leading and influencing others.
I base my leadership development work on principles of emotional intelligence and the neuroscience of behavior and performance, which bring greater awareness to interpersonal skills and the strengths of leaders, enabling more effective leadership within their respective teams.
Methodology
The work is based on leadership development mentoring, initially focusing on the leader's interpersonal development, while simultaneously addressing the organizational context and that of their teams, using best practices and tools that contribute to greater engagement and collaboration within organizations.
The process work through the initial analysis of the fowlloing asessements:
-
SEI Leadership Assessment - Emotional intelligence test for evaluating interpersonal skills and success factors in leaders.
-
Positive Intelligence PQ Test - Test for behavioral tendencies and patterns and success factors in leaders.
-
Test VIA Institute - Strengths and Values in Action that allows leaders to identify their strengths aligned with their personal and professional values and aspirations.
Starting from this initial stage, we define objectives aligned with the leader's priorities for development and challenges, working on the following elements:
-
Personal reflections;
-
Discussion of scenarios;
-
Definition of strategies;
-
Practical tools;
-
Action plans and practical application within teams.
Benefits

Experience
After working as an executive and leader in multinational technology companies for over 15 years in Brazil and abroad, I decided to leverage my corporate experience to help companies create healthier and more productive work environments. From there, I specialized in areas such as positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and the neuroscience of behavior and performance.
Below are examples of companies where I was able to apply my methodology in practice:
Partnerships
I have a partnership with the American company SixSeconds, which has been developing the SEI Leadership Assessment for 25 years, helping leaders to be more effective and achieve greater collaboration from their teams. Based on this type of assessment, executive mentoring sessions are developed with the goal of helping leaders unlock their full potential.
In addition to our partnership with SixSeconds, we represent Working Voices, a British company that is a global leader in executive communication and interpersonal skills training.
