Wellington Oliveira is a wellness/performance and leadership consultant, and founder of Areteah Human Development.

After working as an executive for multinational technology companies for over 15 years in Brazil and abroad, Wellington decided to leverage his corporate experience to help companies create healthier and more productive work environments.

From there, she specialized in areas such as positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and the neuroscience of behavior and performance.

​Today, Wellington works with various companies, giving lectures, workshops, and mentoring on topics related to stress management, well-being, developing more effective leadership, and team engagement.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, being in nature, hiking (trails and mountaineering), swimming, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, reading, learning about aviation, watching good movies and documentaries, as well as studying and practicing my philosophy of self-development and well-being daily, with the aim of helping more people every day.
