Wellington Oliveira - Founder
Wellington Oliveira has been a human development and leadership consultant since 2018. In 2022 Wellington founded Areteah, with the mission of guiding organizations to achieve excellence from the effective application of proven principles of the science of well-being and self-realization.

Wellington has a Masters Degree in Engineering from UTBM in France, having worked in the technology market for more than 15 years in Europe, the United States and Brazil, and worked at companies such as Google, IBM, HP, Splunk and Amazon, as well as startups in Brazil and abroad.

In his spare time Wellington enjoys travelling, being in nature, hiking, swimming, practicing jiu jitsu, reading, learning about aviation, watching good films and documentaries, in addition to studying and daily practicing his philosophy of self-development and well-being, in order to help more people every day.
